Senior Wildcat bowler Mekhi Brening poses with his plaque at the Lawrence Free State High School Tournament on January 10th, 2020. Mekhi won the tournament with a score of 676, taking home the trophy for Washington High School’s bowling team. “The mentality that I need to get in before heading into regionals is what I have to expect when I go into state.” Mekhi said.
